Our food ideology is based on local best available, organic as available etc.. Organic as available and seasonal eating guide our menus. Local Chefs produce high quality Vegan, Vegetarian and Regional Slow cooked options for our guests.
Menus are individually planned to suit all budgets and include self-catering opportunities in our fully equipped commercial kitchen. Breakfasts by “Conti” are a self-serve feast and the all-day Tea Bar is a natural social gathering place.

Treats are available with locally baked gluten free cakes and scrummy desserts.
Organic fair-trade coffee and local organic wines are available on request.
Nothing is wasted – we compost everything and feed our herbs, fruits and veggies with the rich materials as part of the gardens renewable cycle. Our bees are arriving November 2018.
